Expedition To Far Northern Australia. PERSONNEL OP PARTY. (Received 11.80 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Mr. Donald McKay, a prominent New South Wales grazier, will shortly lead *n exploration party through Arnheim J*nd in Northern Australia. Other ffiembers are Dr. Basedow, M.P., geologist and surveyor, Mr. Walter Sully, cmematographist, and Mr. Lovell, a South Australian. Mr. McKay says the object is to ascertain if the country is •uitable for tropical agriculture. The party starts to-day for Darwin and the journey is expected to extend to three months.
