I wish to draw attention to the indifference I shown bv individuals or iinus in respect to I vacancies p.ud treatment of applications. Nothing has so far been recei\ed from the person or persons respOßsffikIn these days of cheap advertising, printinli etc., a few shillings would suffice to ad" 5 ® applicants who were unsuccessful to that effect and where they may call to obtain enclosures forwarded with applications. two portraits I forwarded cost me 3/ each, consider it the worst of ill manners for request to be ignored.
