The management specialise in used furniture, and some of it is amazing in price. Glassware and cutlery, old pieces of brass, gleams of rich mahogany shine from dark corners amid the pieces of used and sound modern furniture which is attractively displayed. The title of used furniture may suggest something broken and useloss. But the management of the Broadway Auction Mart at Newmarket pride themselves upon the fact that their store is not a deposit for old rubbish and junk, but a place wherein genuine sound bargains in second-hand house furnishings in excellent order can be bought, not a little, but much, much cheaper!
