Stock Exchange trading bore a semblance of a normal tone for the first time in weeks, and the frenzy of recent days, when leading stocks reached new high levels, and the volume of trading rrL e records, subsided to a murmur. The governors of the Stock Exchange agreed to suspend trading from the afternoon of April 4 until the morning of April 9, making a triple holiday over faster.
