JUDGMENT FOR £4000.
(Bj Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, this day. The reserved judgment of Mr. Justice Ostler in the case of De IV-lichct, McLeod and Co. v. William Douglas Lysnar was delivered to-day. The claim was for £4000. on a guarautee allegedly given defendant to cover a credit giren his brother. The Court gave judgment for the plaintiffs for the full amount, with interest at per cent.
