HALF CAPED COATS.
Coats which at one side suggest the dashing cavalier by reason of the cape swinging over the shoulder, and which have a plain "Chesterfield" effect at the other side, are among the new cloth street coats. Many women have already selected such a one-sided substitute for their fur wraps, ready for the fine days in early spring.
