WEDDINGS OF THE WEEK.
REIfWICK—ANDIN. On Wednesday evening last the wedding took place at Pitt Street Methodist Church of Agnes, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Andin, of Aucklahd, to Arthur, only son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Benwick, of Oamaru. The service was conducted by the Kev. L. Dalby. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her father, looked very sweet in a frock of georgette over crepe de chine trimmed with silver late and fashioned on Early Victorian lines. Her tulle veil was beautifully embroidered with eilk, and was held in place by a coronet of silver lace and orange blossoms. The shower bouquet was of white dahlias, asters, carnations and maidenhair fern, with tulle bows. Miss Mavis Sherriff was bridesmaid, and wore an Early Victorian frock of peach crepe de chine trimmed with silver. Her headdress was a coronet of peach and silver. She a'so carried a shower bouquet to tone. Little Miss Peggy Belton (cousin of the brida) acted as flower girl, ahd looked sweet in Venetian blue crepe de chine trimmed With silver lace and large satin bow. On her head she wore a bandeait of silver tissue and rosebuds. Her posy was of the palest pink flowers. The bridegroom Was attended by Mr. Ralph Longville as best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents, the bride's mother receiving her guests in navy accordion-pleated crepe dc chine with hat to tone.
