ORDER AGAINST SOLICITOR.
SUPREME COURT APPLICATION. In the Supreme Court this morning Mr.. E. C. Blomfield, representing tlie Auckland District Law Society, moved that a rule nisi obtain against John Henry Victor Mansel], solicitor, to be moved into the Court of Appeal, and that he be suspended from practice in the meantime.
Mr. Justice Blair, who presided, made the desired order.
