CANADA CHANGES OPINION ? (Received 9.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, March 23. The question of conferring titles on Canadians is to be reviewed by Parliament shortly on the motion of Mr. C. H. Cahan (Conservative), who will propose that a committee of eleven members be set up to review the question of amending the address forwarded to His Majesty in 1919, intimating the desire of Canada to have the practice of granting titles to Canadiaip abolished. —(A. and N.Z. and Sydney "Sun.")
