The polo matches for the handicaps cup commenced yesterday. In all the four games the longest handicap side won. Banks Peninsula (handicap 20) beat Hawke's Bay (2), by 20 goals to 18; Amuri (10) beat Christchurch B (11), by 21 goals to 20; Wairarapa (13) beat Christchurch A (scr), by 18 to 9: Feilding (17) beat Pareora (2), by 18 to 14.
