DTJNEDIN, this day.
The question of unemployed school teaejkers was divusseg by the Education Board. -"the Teachers' Institute •urged that smaller classes would relieve unemployment and ensure better training of children.
Mr. J. Horn, M.P., stated that ho was informed that some students who finished training in 1926 had not yet been placed. It was stated that most of the workless teachers had only a D certificate, which was no use these days. It had been a recommendation to the Training College that no student should be persevered with who had not a reasonable chance of securing a certificate better than D.
