NEW YORK, March 21
Information which has come into the hands of the police has raised the question whether the collapse of the St. Francis dam, in the San Franeisquito Valley, north of Los Angele3, on March 13, was the result of a plot by dj'namitards.
This theory is supported by the fact that the disaster followed upon a long legal battle between the City of Los Angeles and hundreds of ranchers about irrigation and the flooding of the lowlands.
Certain discoveries made in vhe vicinity of the..scene of the disaster have strengthened the suspicions. The latest figures show that more than 450 lives were lost through the bursting of the dam and the consequent floods.
