Slanderous Fabrications Against
Moscow.
THAT NOTORIOUS LETTER.

MOSCOW, March 21.
The Commissariat of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement that all Mr. Baldwin's references to Soviet politicians and their alleged statements whereby h® is endeavouring to prove the authenticity of the notorious Zinovieff letter are absolutely slanderous fabrications. The magnificent character of these is indicated in recalling the offer of the Soviet to establish a Commission to investigate the origin of the document which the Bri'/h Government refuse!.
