AORANGI SAILS TO-NIGHT.

Arrivals at Auckland to-day included the Marama, with passengers, mails and cargo from Sydney, and the Cambridge, with general cargo from Liverpool. The Middlesex, from London, arrived yesterday afternoon at the powder anchorage, but will not come into port until about noon to-morrow. This evening the R.M.m.s. From Sydney, the Union Co.'s steamer Maunganui arrived at Wellington this morning, with passengers, mails and cargo. She is to leave there again on Friday for Sydney. MARAMA FROM SYDNEY. With passengers, mails and cargo from Sydney, the Union Co.'s steamer Marama arrived at Auckland this morning and berthed at the Queen's wharf. She is to sail again for Sydney at 3 p.m. on Friday. AORANGI SAILS TO-NIGHT. In continuation of her voyage from Vancouver, the Union Co.'s R.M.m.s. Aorangi is to leave Auckland at 8 o'clock this evening for Sydney. She Is due at Auckland, on her return voyage to Vancouver, on February 13. HALERIC TO SAIL. At present discharging raw sugar from Java at Chelsea, the steamer Haleric is to sail on Wednesday next for Westport for bunkers. Her future movements have not yet been announced. (Spedding, Ltd., agents.) HIXEMOA LEFT NORFOLK. A wireless report from the Government steamer Hinemoa states that she left Norfolk Island last night, and cxpects to reach Auckland on Thursday afternoon. She is to be dispatched on Friday afternoon with i passengers, mails and cargo for Niue Island. (Spedding. Ltd., agents.) WAIPAHI'S ITINERARY. With cargo from Sydney, the Union Co.'s steamer Waipahi is due at Suva to-morrow. After discharge, she is to load fruit there for Auckland, and is expected to reach here on February 8. Hence she is to go to Newcastle to bunker, and then to Sydney, to take cargo for Fiji and transhipments for Tonga and Samoa on February 21. CAMBRIDGE IN PORT. An arrival at Auckland to-day was the Federal steamer Cambridge (Cape. R. Williams') from Liverpool. She loft Liverpool on December 24 and experienced generallv fine weather throughout the voyage. After unloading the local portion of her cargo at the Queen's wharf, she is to go to Wellington. Lyttelton, and Dunedin to I complete discharge, later loading in Ne*r i Z«land for the United Kingdom.

THE KAIAPOI.

To continue discharge of her cargo of gua.no from Walpole Island, the Union Co.'s steamer Kalapoi is to sail at 10 p.m. to-day for Wanganui. THE GALLIC. For final loading for New York. Halifax, and West of England ports, the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Gallic was to leave Gisborne to-day for Auckland. She is due here late to morrow, and is to be dispatched for New York on February 9. L. D. Nathan and Co. are the local agents. NORTHUMBERLAND TO LOAD. For further Homeward loading, the steamer Northumberland was to leave New Plymouth to-day for Auckland. She is due here on Thursday morning. From Auckland she goes to Napier and Wellington, whence she is to be dispatched for London and west of England ports about February 13. WAIOTAPU SAILS FRIDAY. To unload the balance of the New Zealand portion of her cargo from the Pacific Coast, the Union Co.'s steamer Waiotapu s to sail on Friday for Wellington. She us to complete discharge at Melbourne and whence she is to return to the Pacific Coast to load another cargo for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney. PORT MELBOURNE LOADING. To commence loading for London, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Melbourne arrived at Napier yesterday afternoon. Thence she is to come to Auckland, via Waikokopu and Gisborne, being due here on February 10. She Is to be dispatched on the 13th for New Plymouth and Wellington to fill up, and is scheduled to sail finally from the latter port on February 20. The Farmers' Auctioneering Co. are the local agents. MIDDLESEX ARRIVED. To discharge explosives into the Nobel Explosives Co.'s vessels, the Federal steamer Middlesex (Captain A. R. Macßae) anchored at the powder anchorage yesterday afternoon. She is to come into port about noon to-morrow to discharge her general cargo from London at the King's wharf. She left London on December 24 and cleared Panama on January 9. For the first week of the voyage stormy weather prevailed, but afterwards it held line until the vessel was nearing New Zealand. Ten days ago she again encountered boisterous conditions, which continued for a week. From here the Middlesex is to go South to complete discharge, and commence Homeward loading, returning to Auckland to fill up. She is scheduled to sail finally from this port on March 10 for New York, Boston, London and West of England ports. TRANS-PACIFIC MAIL SERVICES.
