PARTNERSHIP DISPUTE.
SETTLEMENT ANNOUNCED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A settlement was announced in the Supreme Court to-day of the case in which Mrs. 0. R. Farrar, of Hamilton, widow of the late A. J. Storey, proceeded against W. H. Hume, company manager; and the Bank of New Zealand.
After Mr. Storey's death the partnership which had existed over land transactions between him and Hume was continued between Hume and Mrs. Farrar. The action was for dissolution and accounts and a declaration of the position between Mrs. Farrar and the bank, as mortgagee to Hume. On the application of Mr. King, who said a satisfactory settlement had been reached, the case was struck out.
