Mrs. E. C. Gibbons, of Sydney, arrived by the Niagara, and is staying at Royal Court.

Mrs. Roberts, of Wellington, is at present in Auckland, and is staying at Normanby, Wynyard Street. * * * p Mrs. Quigley, of Wanganui, is visiting her mother, Mrs. J. Kenderdine, Takutai Street.

Miss Mona Burgin left last night by the Niagara for Honolulu, to attend the Girl Guide camp which will be held there.

Miss Tui Graves, of Oamaru, is at present visiting Auckland and staying with Mrs. Russell, Bell Road, Remuera.

Lady Nolan, has returned from a visit abroad and taken up residence at her home, St. George's Bay Road, Parnell.

Miss Russell, Hawke's Bay, is at present visiting Auckland, and is the guest of Mrs. A. M. Ferguson, Victoria Avenue.

Miss Lila Smith, who has been spending a holiday with her aunt, Mrs. Laurie Bevan, of Ohakune, has returned to Auckland!

Miss Dossie Robertson, of Green Lane, has received word that she has been awarded a scholarship for sketching in the Australian School of Art.
