MAJORITY MAY TAKE CHARGE.
IF PREMIER IS "DOUBTFUL."
NEXT MOVE PREDICTED.
(By Telegraph.— Parliamentary Reporter.)
WELLINGTON, this dav
Realising that there is no hope of a compromise 011 the Licensing Bill between the two sections of the House, it is predicted that the next move will be that the Prime Minister will be questioned in Parliament regarding his intentions, and that if there is any doubt he will be asked to give facilities to the majority group to take up the measure and endeavour to put it through the Lower House.
