MISSION TO CATHOLICS.
VISIT OF FATHER McCARTHY.
The Rev. T. J. McCarthy, Superior of the Marist Missionary Fathers, with headquarters at Wellington, arrived from the Waikato this afternoon, for the purpose of conducting a mission in Grey Lynn, starting to-morrow and ending on December 4. Father McCarthy is well known throughout New Zealand and has visited Auckland previously. This, week the services are for children and.Ti£xt week for adults.
