THEFT FROM CHINESE.

DUNEDIN, this day.
Albert James Dickison and Albert Edward Dewe appeared for sentence in the Supreme Court yesterday for breaking and entering the shop of a Chinese and stealing money and cigarettes.^ Dickison, who also pleaded guilty to another charge of theft, was declared to be an habitual criminal, and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.
Dewo was ordered to be detained for three yeast? reformative detention.
