HOUSE OF LORDS.
QUESTION OF REFORM. (British Official Wireless.) i Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, November 21. Mr. Baldwin, Premier, was asked whether it was the intention of the Government to present a bill next session for the reform of the House of Lords and he said he was not at present in a position to make any statement on the subject.
Asked further whether the matter was under the consideration or whether no action would be taken, Mr. Baldwin said it was obviously under consideration.
