LONDON, November 21
The Riga correspondent of the "Times" reports that the Soviet has published cables received from Mr. G. Lansbury, M.P., and Mr. P. Coates, secretary of the' Anglo-Russian Parliamentary Committee, promising to protect the Soviet's interests against the Government, which is doomed to a crushing defeat at the coming election.
