MATANGI FARMER BANKRUPT.

HAMILTON, Monday.
The creditors of George Michael Clancey, farmer, of Matangi, decided to-day to facilitate his discharge from bankruptcy and to sell his stock. Bankrupt's schedule showed debts totalling £3106 5/6, and assets totalling £3213 8/10, leaving a nominal surplus of £107 3/4. Debts to unsecured creditors totalled £373 11/6, and to secured creditors £2732 14/.
