TAUMARUNUI GUN CLUB. The Taamarunai Rod and Gnn Club held a clay bird shoot on Saturday afternoon, in unfavourable weather conditions. Results were:— No. 1 Sweepstake, 7 Birds.—W. Hushes. 1; K. KeUand, 2. No. 2 Sweepstake. 7 Birds.—R. Harris and D. McElroy tied with « birds each. Harris won the shoot-off. No. 3 Sweepstake, 7 Birds.—W. Hurhes 1; J. Richards, 2. ' No. 4 Sweepstake. 5 Bird*.—K. Kelland and R. Harris tied with the possible. No. 5 Sweepstake, 5 Birds.—R. Harris 1 ■ K. Kelland, 2.
