SOCIAL GATHERINGS.
A very beautifully decorated morning tea was given this morning in honour of Mrs. L. S. Amery at the residence of ; Dr. and Mrs Maguire in the Hospital grounds. McKenzie, Mrs. Bruce McKenzie, Mrs. Milsom,' Mrs. Neil, Mrs. Parkes, Mrs. Murray, Mrs. Roberton, Mrs. Robertson, Mrs. Stride, Mrs. Walton, Mrs Ferguson, Mrs. Davis, Mrs. Coleman; Mrs. Moore, Mrs. Moody, Mrs. Kidd, Mrs, Marler, Mrs. Kirker, Mrs. Perkins, Lady. Lockhart, Mrs. Lawf.ord, -Mrs. Mackay, Mrs. Thomas, Mrs. Gould, Mrs. Woolcott, Mrs. Reid, Mrs., Napier, Mrs. D. 'Napier, Mrs. Murray, Mrs. Bush, Mrs. Buttle, Mrs. Wake, Mrs.-Gibson, Mrs. Vaile, Mrs. Wilkin, Mrs. MeCaw, Miss Taylor. The hostess wore navy and white. georgette, saaarc black hat. All shades of Iceland poppies were the tea table decorations, the drawing and reception rooms being filled with yellow and mauve irisis and prize pink stock.
