Ihe Kaipara Chamber of Commerce met last night. A strong committee was set iip to make arrangements for the delegates of the Auckland Institute who are to visit the Waipoua forest in December.
It was stated at the meeting that a party of tourists from Christchurch could not obtain information from the Tourist Department about how to reach the Trounson Kauri Park, although a re<mr daily service between Whanga°rei and Dargaville has been running for over ten years.
