SPIES IN RUMANIA.
THREE ARRESTS MADE. BUCHAREST, October 3. A Rumanian Council of War is inquiring into the discovery of an international spying organisation with branches at Prague and in the Balkans. Three persons, a doctor, a lawyer and an engineer, were arrested. They had in their possession important military documents.
Several foreigners who were carrying on Communist propaganda, and who passed themselves off as couriers, have also been arrested and charged as accomplices of the other men. —(A. and N.Z. and Sydney "Sun.")
