German And British Railways Swap. NOVEL EXPERIMENT. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 3. A novel experiment is being tried by the managements of a German railway company and the Great Western Railway Company, of England. Each will lend a member of its staff to the other service for a neriod of from 12 to 18 months. ,
Herr Hardtz 1s to come from the headquarters staff of the German company to the Great Western staff, and Mr. Lean, of the latter's headquarters staff, will be lent to the German company.
