PLAYERS' LAST CHANCE
SHEEN AND KEENE NOT PICKED.
Of the thirty men who played on Saturday, twelve will be spectators on Tuesday, for the best of reasons—their form has satisfied the selectors. The thirteenth, Lindsay, did not play. Eleven of the remaining seventeen,are to be given another chance to-morrow— Hook, L. Johnson, Berridge, Hadley, Scrimshaw, McWilliams, Burrows, Alley, Marslin, Snow and M. Nicholls. The last-named was tried at full-back on Saturday, but will return to the fiveeighth line to-morrow.,. Seven men who played on Saturday will not have another opportunity to display their form—Sheen, Kilby, Keene, Lilburne, Snodgrass, Carleton and Strang. Kilby is one of the reserves for to-morrow's match.
It is notable that one of the lucky thirteen who have keen selected did' not play on Saturday—Lindsay. He was chosen to play, but developed measles. Eighteen players who. did not play on Saturday but have played in earlier trial games aro to be given a chance to-morrow.
