WHANGAREI CLUB.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent) WHANGAREI. Wednesday. At the annual meeting of the Whangarel, Cycling Club this evening the following offlcers were elected:—Patron. Mr. W. Jones, M.P.: presidents. Messrs. C. H. Chlssell and the Mayor, Mr. L. J. Brake; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. T. Massey. B. Bray. H. Hannam, W. Slade Clarke and J. Young; executive committee. Mr. Weir. Jun. (chairman). Messrs. B. Weir. W. Stewart. 8. Hoey. G. Postlewalte. H. Preebe; secretary and treasurer. Mr. C. Chlssell; Judge, Mr. A. Weir; timekeeper, Mr. Hannam; band!capper, Mr. Slade Clarke. The first race will be held on the last Saturday of the present month, conditions permitting.
