a TAEANINI CLUB. The annual meeting of the Takanlni Cricket Club was held before a good attendance of members. The balance-sheet showed a credit of £18 15/1. The following offlcers were elected:— Patron. Mr. E. D. McLennan, M.P.; president. Mr. G. E. Margetts; vice-presidents, i Messrs. F. Wiseman, Collins, E. Fowler, C. • Hawthorn. S. Roberts, Rev. Simmonds, A. Wallace, Rev. Wood: chairman, Mr. W. Roberts; secretary, Mr. H. T. Mcintosh: committee, W. J. Clayton, E. Roberta, H. Mcintosh.
