OTAGO ON TOUR
WIN AGAINST BUSH. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PAHIATUA, Wednesday. By scoring two sensational tries in the last five minutes of the game the Otago Rugby team defeated the Bush representatives by 14 points to 8. Although the ground was heavy the ball was dry, but the play of the visitors was not up to expectations. In the middle of the first spell Webb (Otago) ran round the opposition and scored. Whitehead equalised for the home team with a try, which Udy converted. In the second spell Callender kicked a penalty goal for tbe visitors, but Bush took the lead again, Galvin scoring. Until a few minutes before time was called Bush still maintained the lead, having much the better of tbe exchanges. Then Wilson, the Otago fullback, ran up and started a passing bout. Stewart made a great run and Webb scored in. the corner. Then Peterson got away, outstripped the full-back and scored a clever solo try. Callender converted. Tbe game was. much more even than the scores indicated. *
