The Hon. George Fowlds left for Wellington by last night's train. Mr. M. Nelson Bluck, of Hobart, Tasmania, who is paying a visit to New Zealand, is at Hotel Cargen. Star Hotel guests include Mr. W. Vosper, of Cambridge, Mr. A. J. Taylor, of Christchurch, and Mr. C. S. Grier, of , Wellington. Among those at the Central Hotel arc: Mr. T. H. Wilson (Portland), Mr. A. • Miller. Mr. X. Ratcliffe (Hamilton), Mr. E. Hills (Wellington). i Guests at Hotel Cargen are: Jfr. W. H. Howe, of London, Mr. T. A. Roberts, of Wellington, Mr. L. D. Foster, of WeUington, Mr. F. E. Tathan, of Sydney, Mr. H. Cowper, of Dannevirke. ' Mr. Hope Gibbons, ex-Mayor of Wai iigaiitii, Mrs. Hope Gibbons and their daughter, who have been at the Grand Hotel during their stay in Auckland, have returned to Wanganui.
