BEQUEST TO KING MICHAEL. PARIS, August 7. Reports from Bucharest state that if the bequests made by the late Kin? Ferdinand of the Be lem Palace and the Predeal Chateau to hie grandson. King Michael as his successor, are carried ont, it will mean the absorption of half the late monarch's fortune. This would leave insufficient to pay the shares of his own children. The (iovernnient proposes to buy the palace and the chateau and to band them over to King Michael, and to gire the »proceeds to the late king's children.
