Basil Tyler, a middle-aged man. was charged in the Police Court this morning with issuing a valueless cheque fur £10, drawn on the National Bank at Hamilton to a local business man.
The police stated that Tyler wa« only arrested yesterday and asked for a remand until Tuesday, as there were several other charges pending
