THISTLE DISPUTE.

LEGAL ADVICE AWAITED. NAVAL THIRD GRADE TEAM IN TROUBLE. SOCCER MAXAGEiniEXT. Ponciins receipt of lesal advice asked for, the management eommlirce of the Auckland Football Association decided last night to postpoue further action in regard to the dispute with the Thistle Club. Mr. Andrew Menzies. the chairman, stated, that the advice had been written for. and news from the solicitor was expected ut any moment. The transfer of John O'Neill from OnehunsH third grade to Eden Rovers was also grained. It was agreed that the knock-out competition entries should close on July 12. and that the draw for the Chatham Cup should be made next Tuesday at an open meeting.
