A SUGGESTION FOR THE COMING SUMMER.
WEDDING BOUQUETS. Writing of brides is a reminder that wedding bouquets of this season are to be lovelier than ever before. One or two brides tried last year to introduce a fashion for coloured bouquets, but, except in the case of the "golden' bride, who may carry yellow arums tied with gold streamers, I am told that white flowers <>f the choicest typo are likely to be chosen by practically every girl who marrie-i. Huge white roses, with little perfume but a glorious purity of petal, are the most favoured so far thi3 year, and lilies of used as long as they the valley will be as popular as it remain in season. The lily sheaf is not was, although some tall brides still choose it, but the bouquet which is most in demand is the long posy variety which looks verv light and dainty. Altar flowers in the wedding church will match the blooms in the bouquets of the bridesmaids, which are to be of pale coloured blossoms in many instances. The miniature iris, in tones of deep cream, lemon yellow, and pale and d:irk m&uve, are great favourites for the bridesmaid's bouquet, and are tied with ribbons of gold or silver tissue.
