MANUKA DELAYED.
SEAMAN FALLS DOWN HOLD. (By TeleffrtpU.—Prrsa Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Owing to the boards of a hatch cover* ing breaking while he was fixing them in place, Edward Turner, a seaman, fell down a hold on board the Manuka tonight just before sailing time. He vaa admitted to the hospital suffering from a scalp wound and severe injuries to one of his legs. The Manuka sailed at 8.25 p.m. with the crew one man short.
