PRESENTATION.
■ .> presentation to Mr. 11. C. Kitchen. .actory manager for Toulon Carlick I 0., Ltd., was made by the employees oi the factory of the factory upon the occasion of his retirement from the lirui after twenty years' service. Mr. W Red-haw, who made the presentation on behalf of the employees, emphasised the good feeling that existed between .Mr. Kitchen and statT. and, in wishing him future success, asked Mr. Savory to hand him a liarwneter and a silver entree dish suitably inscribed as tokens of their esteem. Mr. Kitchen suitably re *ponded. After seventeen years as the manager of the c enior Foundry. Mr. ('. V. Clanhas retired. (Mi Saturday morning the emplovee. presented him with an engraved gild watch. He was also pre I <ented with a pipe and tobacco pouct> ' Mr. Clare replied suitably.
