BOYAL WELCOME AWAITS (Received 12 noon.) LONDON, June 10. The provisional programme for the reception of the Duke and Duchess of York at Portsmouth provides for a big ceremonial Naval welcome when the Renown arrives. • The Prince of Wales is expected to meet the travellers aboard the ship, and they will later receive a welcome home address from the City of Portsmouth before proceeding to London by special train.
