MR. BAVIN'S SPEECH. (Received 12 boon.) SYDNEY, this day. Mr. T. R. Bavin (Leader o fthe Opposition) set the ball rolling in connection with the forthcoming State elections by opening the Nationalist campaign at Bathurst. He described the Lang Government as the worst that had ever existed in thi6 State. He charged Mr. Lang with various acts of gross political dishonesty.
