Should Free Coupons be offered to smokers of Edgeworth tobacco? A smoker made this suggestion to the manufacturers, wno reply stating that It his never been their policy to give premiums or girts with Edgeworth, but to put the value of such thing In the quality or their products. "Premiums," they add, "cost money and in offering anything of this kind, you can no doubt appreciate ttiat manufacturer must take this into consideration in making up his product or in the price.
