ROSE'S TWO-MILE RECORD. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON", Friday. R. A. Rose's time of 0.20 1-3 for two miles at Nelson on April 1G was passed a» a New Zealand record at this evening's, meeting of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association. It was decided also that the Australian and New Zealand Union be asked to have the time recognised as an Australian and New Zealand record. Applications by T. Oakley and C. Flett, cvclists. to have their performances over two miles recognised as New Zealand records were deferred pending further information.
