PAERATA BACHELORS' BALL.
Over 150 dancing enthusiasts attended the Bachelors' Ball held in Pacrata, visitors being present from Pukekohe, Drury, Waiuku, and other surrounding districts. The public hall was elaborately decorated for the occasion, whilst the floor was also in splendid order. Messrs. J. Harris and D. Yates ably performed the duties of M.C.'s, Hulme's orchestra (Pukekohe) provided the music for the occasion, and the dancing continued till a late hour.
