rorint and Sons, who have acquired the property of A. B. Donald. Ltd.. in Queen *-Ueot. for £.->2.000. is at a later f-t-age ;o erert a new building for a large catering business and restaurant. The property has a frontage of ."3ft to Queen Street, and a depth of ]'»j>ft to Fort Street Lane.
The Quoen Street portion of the building was erected 40 years ago. and the portion facing Fort Street Lane 20 years later. Two-thirds of the building is at present occupied by Mr. George Walker, who has still eighteen nionths of hie lease to rnn. It is then his intention to acquire a site and build premises s-uit-aUe for his own requirements to carry on his business on a larger scale, the I present space being inadequate owinp to growth of lousiness during the past few years.
