NEW REGISTRATIONS. One private company was registered in Auckland yesterday. Details are as follows:— Brook, Heugh, Ltil. Objects: To acquire tbe business of merchant and indent and general commission agent carried on by John Brook, etc. Capital: £1500, in £1 shares. Subscribers: W. J. Potter, J. Brook, and H. B. V. Heugh, 500 shares each. GOLDSBOROUGH MORT LTD. TEN TER CENT DIVIDEND. Notification was received by the secretary of the Auckland- Stock Exchange today from Goldsborough Mort Ltd., that at the meeting on June 20 a dividend of 10 per cent, with a bonus of 5 per cent will be recommended.
