43 YEARS' SERVICE ENDS. MR. 1". r. O'MKARA (JOKS 01T. Chief accountant of the Auckland branch of the I'nion Strain Ship Company, Mr. F. J. O'Meara. hns retired on supernnnuation after 43 years' service. Members of the staff gathered to say good-bye to Mr. O'Mcara. Mr. D. Carter, the Auckland manager, on behalf of the staff, presented Mr. O'Meara with a silver tea and coffee service. « silver entree dish, a case of fish knives and forks and a rug. Mr. Carter mentioned m the lonp and faithful service Mr. O'Meara lad piven to the company.
