TIRED OF TRAVELLING.
ARBITRATION COURT MEMBER. « KEASON FOR RETIREMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. The statement published in Christchurch that Mr. W. Scott, employers' representative on the Arbitration Court, is resigning is declared by Sir. Scott himself in a statement made to-day to lie "somewhat premature." "It is true," says Mr. Scott, "that I shall be retiring shortly from the Court, but not on account of failing health and advancing years. I have never been in better health. I have been connected with the Court for 30 years, 12 as advocate and 18 as member of the Court. When I retire it will be owin<* to the continued travelling, of which I am getting tired, and to take up a position in Wellington which will give me more home life."
