GERMS FIGHT.
ERYSIPELAS V. T.B
LONDON, May 10. A remarkable story of a man's recovery from consumption has been brought to the notice of the Peterborough Board of Guardians, the relieving officer recommending extended relief to the man, who has six children. It is stated that the man had been in an advanced tubercular condition. All his children had chicken-pox, which the father contracted. Developing into erysipelas, it killed the tubercular germs. The father has now recovered and resumed his farm work.
