SMALLER CRICKET BALL. . LONDON, May 16. The "Daily Mail" says that when it is remembered that the smaller cricket ball was intended to assist the bowler, it is ironical that 39 centuries have been compiled in six days. The recent "billiard-table" wiekets are partly responsible.
