flrcST INDIES CONFLAGRATION. (Received 10.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, May 16. A fire wiped out the business section W Castries, the British coaling station frnd chief town of St. Lucia Island, the 'largest of the Windward group of the Indies. Hundreds of natives are now homeless a result of the conflagration. V. —
